Like most, when I first started my fitness and health journey, I didn't know where to start. I have been through it all: overweight, under eating, over training, and unhappy with lack of results. It finally took hiring a coach, and then gaining my own certification to understand the science and consistency it takes to make and see change. CZENS represents the necessary changes and growth that we and our bodies go through at different times in our lives. Seasons are not something we have control over, but they can be something you can feel more prepared for, strong, and more confident to face.
So from the many seasons I've faced, to yours, I am grateful for you where ever you are at in life. You are welcome here, and you are safe here.
As seasons change, so do we. We go through hardships, growth, new beginnings, transformations, and reflections. Everything I have been through has led me to where I am today. I ran away from home as a teen and fell into substance usage to cope with my life. I remember thinking, "What if I just start showing up as who I want to be, rather than who I thought I was." I know you have your own form of challenges that test you and your spirit. The beauty of that, is that your past never defined you. So how did I do it? I began changing my habits, working out, and fell in love with the process of my health. I began focusing on what I eat to feel good and strong, and the same mindset led to who I surrounded myself with, and what I began to consume with my time and energy.
Why work with me? My approach to fitness and life coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioural therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgemental space for my clients to explore their inner world to ultimately feel their best. I offer a range of services including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and workshops. These services are designed to help clients overcome obstacles, improve their mindset, and achieve their goals.
